Brief History of The Department
The Department of Business Management offers two programmes B.Sc. Business Management and B.Sc. Entrepreneurship. The Department officially started in June, 2005 with B.Sc, Business management and Later B.Sc Entrepreneurship in 2018. Both programmes were fully accredited by National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2020. The structure of the programmes comprises of basic Management courses, social sciences and all the basic courses in general studies with predominantly professional Management and Entrepreneurial Science courses.
Vision
To provide students with appropriate and quality knowledge of business management theories, concepts and practices that put God at the center of Learning, and to provide students with quality knowledge of entrepreneurial concepts and practices that put God at the center of learning.
Mission
To train students to acquire managerial skills that will make them effective and efficient in achieving individual and organizational goals with a commitment to serving God and humanity. And,
To train students to acquire entrepreneurial skills that will enable them to understand, exploit and even change their environment by establishing small and medium scale enterprises in a quest to achieve individual and organizational goals with a commitment to serve God and humanity.
